NETFLIX HAS A NEW BREAKUP SERVICE

A man discovered his wife was cheating on him thanks to an email from the streaming site.

We applaud those people who find unintended ways to use everyday things.  These so-called “hacks” provide very useful in areas such as the kitchen, on a computer, and even in “life”.

A man in California recently discovered a great way to announce his new relationship to the man who formerly had a relationship with the very same woman.

It all happened during an evening of Netflix & Chill with his new found love.  As they fired up Netflix to look for a movie to watch they were confronted with a black screen that showed all the avatars of users on her account.

In a moment of shared love and gloat the couple decided that it was time to take their relationship to the next level and add HIM to HER NETFLIX account.

There was already a maximum number of users on her account, so it was important to find the appropriate user to change names.  It was clear to both of them the best user to replace was “ERIC”, since he didn’t live there anymore anyway.  Oddly though he still paid the streaming service’s bill each month which neither complained about.

After carefully selecting one of the system provided avatars suiting to his GQ looks, he was then prompted to enter a screen name, which he quickly entered as – “Guy Fucking Your Ex Wife”.  His girlfriend applauded this clever name selection and soon they were on to discovering the latest murder porn over a bag of microwave popcorn.

Later that evening after they finished the “Chill” portion of their date.  The man went home to access his new (free) Netflix account on his own TV and decided that it made sense to also update the email address to his own.

Within minutes the streaming service sent an email to the former account owner (Eric) notifying him of the change in account status and removing his name on the account as well as his email.  They did mention that he would still be responsible for paying the monthly bill associated with those services as he had been doing for the past 7 years.

It was in that moment that Eric decided to screenshot this email and share with his friends on REDDIT his discovery of the streaming giant’s new breakup service.
